Our Story
Who are Clever Energy?
It is a company created in 2017 by a couple of Colombian entrepreneurs whose mission is to support families in their transition to solar energy in an honest, professional and responsible manner.
Diego and Jennifer, its founders, have made an effort since day one to ensure that the solar consulting process is clear, adds value to families, and the guarantees of the projects they carry out meet the highest standards in technology, customer service, and coverage in the short and long term.
Clever Energy has offices in Orlando, Florida and since 2020 it has consolidated teams of professionals in more than 22 states, check our coverage map for more information.

Clever Energy is founded by Diego Garcia and Jennifer Florez
2018
Clever focuses on the development of energy audits and solar energy projects
2019
Clever is consolidated as a consulting and sales company for residential and commercial solar projects, reaching +100 installations.
2020
Clever develops its first 2 commercial projects and continues to consolidate itself in the residential market, also migrating its consultancies virtually

Colombian, business administrator and market specialist with 10 years of professional experience in the corporate world; Jennifer has worked in consulting, beauty industry and start-ups in 5 different countries.
Jennifer moved to the United States in 2018 and since then has worked 100% in the solar industry, she has supported the transition of more than 60 families in their transition to renewable energy and is passionate about creating high performance teams.
